Returns

All sales are final. No returns accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued when purchaser shows proof that an item arrived defective and we issue a refund approval for the defective item.

Purchaser must send notification of defective item for a refund approval within 3 days of the delivery date.

Email service@frenchie-nation.store in the event a purchased item arrived defective.

Refunds can be issued when a purchased item is out of stock.
